Fitness/Aerobics
Promoting healthy fi tness habits is the main focus of this class.
Students will participate in a variety of activities and exercises
to improve or maintain their current level of fi tness. Practicing
these activities throughout their lifetime is the ultimate goal.
Grades: 9, 10, 11, 12
Prerequisite: None
Semester: 1/2 credit
Supplies: personal lock, appropriate PE clothing
