Strength and Conditioning
This course is designed to provide a comprehensive total body
strength program as well as cardiovascular fi tness training.
Approximately 2/3 of each class will be spent strength training
and 1/3 will be spent on cardiovascular training. Evaluation
is based on attendance, participation, effort, attitude, and
profi ciency.
Grades: 9, 10, 11, 12
Prerequisite: None
Semester: 1/2 credit
Supplies: Appropriate PE clothing, personal lock
