Strength and Conditioning


This course is designed to maximize speed, quickness, strength, and explosive power through weightlifting, strength training,
and plyometrics. The program is based around certain core lifts as well as sport-specific auxiliary lifts. Evaluation is based on
attitude, effort, participation, and improvement of fitness.
