Biology (QAR)
Biology is a college prep course that focuses on the
relationships of living things. The inquiry process is used to
facilitate student understanding and appreciation of the
nature of scientific inquiry, the diversity of life, the dramatic
beauty of the living world, and the place of humans in nature.
Biology studies living things by asking questions,
hypothesizing answers, performing experiments, and
recording observations and data used to verify the
hypothesis.
