Journalism I
This class will acquaint students with print journalism and
provide the basic skills needed to advance into yearbook
production and/or newspaper production classes. Units focus
on the First Amendment and the history of print journalism,
interviewing techniques, news, sports and editorial writing,
the basics of photography, and layout and design. Students
will learn the use of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe In-Design
software in completing their projects.
(Can be taken for computer credit.)
