Interview with Mrs. Beam ~ as conducted by Mr. Hester
1. How many years have you been a webteam advisor?	This is the eighth year of our HHS Website and I have been fortunate to be a part of it since its inception.
2. What is the best part about your class?	My students are smart, creative, hard-working (sometimes) and innovative and I love the relaxed atmosphere of the class.
3. What's with the apple tablecloths?	Well, all of my round tables are rejects from other classrooms and they don't match, so I thought the tablecloths would pull my classroom "style" together.
4. How do you incorporate Kaizen into your classroom?	Kaizen means "the way of continuous improvement". I hope that each of the webteam members strives for improvement and new ideas for our site each day.
Can you teach me how to create a Principal's website?	Nope!
