Organizational structure - Membership is open to all parents, faculty, businesses and friends who support academic achievement. Dues will be established by the Executive committee. Executive Committee is established at the spring general meeting and consists of: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasure and school administrator. Executive meetings called by the President as needed and 5 general meetings per year. Support committees will be formed as necessary for the various functions.
Any proposed change to by-laws should be submitted to and/or formulated by the Executive Committee. Approval shall be by majority vote of the currently paid members present at the next general meeting.
