Plant and Soil Science

Everyone depends upon the efficient production of farm crops. With population trends continuing upward and with the reduction of agricultural lands, we will rely even more upon agriculture science and progressive agronomists. Development of new uses for crops will continue to be a major force in agriculture, as students will be introduced to production methods, conservation practices, plant growth requirements, insects, plant diseases, soils, and various plant species.
