Production Welding Processes II (A)

Students will be exposed to more advanced procedures and processes involved with the welding profession than in Welding I. The student will learn about welding exotic metals such as aluminum and stainless steel. The course will devote time to
designing and building a product in the classroom. Job related skills such as time management, safety, thinking skills, and teamwork will continue to be stressed.
Fee: $20 (Additional fees may be incurred based on the number of projects a student completes.)
Grades: 11, 12
Prerequisite: Production Welding Processes I(A) and (B)
Semester: 1/2 credit
Supplies: Safety glasses, long sleeve cotton shirt, paint pen
