Fitness/Aerobics


Promoting healthy fitness habits is the main focus of this class.
Students will participate in a variety of activities and exercises
to improve or maintain their current level of fitness. Practicing
these activities throughout their lifetime is the ultimate goal.
Evaluation is based on attitude, effort, participation, and improvement
of fitness.

Grades: 9, 10, 11, 12

Semester: 1/2 credit
Supplies: personal lock, appropriate PE clothing
