Hays High finished eighth in the 4-5A division with 15.5 points. The Indians' ninth-grade team of Logan Renz, Sarah Rooney and Sidney Vahling was runner-up in the applications of algebra and arithmetic, while the 12th-grade team of Paige Lunsford, Cameron Rohleder and Allison Vahling placed third in informal geometry and measurement.
